A Faith-Based Approach to Leadership and Business Development

How can your business be morally good and pleasing to God? It seems this question runs contrary to popular notions related to business. Many believe that business activity by its very nature must involve shady-manipulating, deceiving the consumer, maximizing profit, or be self-focused to succeed. In actuality, scripture teaches us that business can glorify God when conducted according to God’s character and principles. This approach toward business is the idea behind the Led to Lead® Leadership and Business Development Program.
Led to Lead® is a faith-based leadership and business program made up of organization leaders, company executives, and entrepreneurs in leadership roles. These members focus on developing successful leadership skills by defining their core values and discover their purpose and mission based on biblical truths. In addition to this, the Led to Lead® program helps empower leaders to learn and be encouraged by others in similar leadership roles. As part of the program, members collectively study how to lead their businesses based on the L2L10TM principles.

How it works

Led to Lead® members gather weekly for one-hour sessions with like-minded leaders to discuss how to apply and live according to ten Led to Lead® principles (L2L10TM). Each weekly session is highly immersive and interactive. There are four sessions per month and include a brief introductory message about the month’s principle, group discussions, material downloads, and other great resources. When introducing the new L2L10TM principle of the month, members learn from an invited guest speaker which is an influential person or expert in that area.
Led to Lead® local chapters are composed of multiple teams that initially gather but then break out into smaller units. These units are composed of no more than six members and work together to evaluate their leadership styles and develop their leadership skills. Members are also encouraged to bring resources, experience, and know-how to every meeting. Also, members connect and meet outside of the sessions to form friendships and foster professional relationships through organized social events.

Membership Plans

The Led to Lead® Leadership and Business Development program’s goal is to maximize a leader’s communication skills, develop sound decision-making skills, harness higher levels of emotional intelligence, provide an environment of support and encouragement, increase their productivity, and maximize their capacity to lead successfully accordingly to biblical principles. The program is scheduled to launch June of 2021 and we’re currently accepting interested candidates for membership. Here is a breakdown of what’s included with each monthly membership.
