In 2005, with my wife’s blessing, I founded Pumped, Inc., a brand development and digital marketing consultancy on a “wing and a prayer.” Pumped started with the idea to help small businesses and entrepreneurs build and grow their brands. I’d like to say it was all smooth sailing from the start, but it was anything but that. The reality was that when I first started, I barely knew what a balance sheet was, let alone a P&L statement. Employee motivation, emotional intelligence, cash flow, servant-leadership? What’s that? I didn’t get the memo!
However, as time went on, I continued acquiring more understanding knowledge and, most importantly, proven experience. In addition to working with over 100+ startups, entrepreneurs, and small businesses across 45 industries, I studied under great mentors and completed various trainings and industry certifications. Today, I consider it an honor and privilege to share my more than twenty years of experience and training to help other businesses and leaders thrive.
After decades as a successful entrepreneur, CEO, COO, and CMO, I felt a calling to teach and help business owners and organizations how to maximize their profitability and make a positive impact in the world. As a result, my Led to Lead® Business Coaching program helps business owners and organizations be profitable by working with them to develop business goals, organizational health, servant-leadership development, operations management, financial responsibility, marketing strategies, new business development, impact investing, and legacy planning to name a few.
